Learning Through the CBE Framework

Good Hope School follows Kenya's Competency-Based Education (CBE), designed to move education beyond rote memorisation toward the development of practical skills, values, and competencies that children will need in real life.

Our experienced teachers bring the CBE to life through engaging, hands-on lessons that are adapted to each child's learning pace - ensuring no one is left behind, while the most capable are continuously challenged.

  • Learner-centred teaching approach
  • Focus on values, attitudes, and skills
  • Continuous, portfolio-based assessment
  • Integration of digital and life skills
  • Emphasis on creativity and critical thinking
